Growing up in Centola, Italy, south of Salerno, Biagio started working with his uncle as a young boy making cappuccinos and espressos. Biagio has worked in the hospitality and restaurant industry ever since - traveling to Switzerland, Paris and the Caribbean prior to moving to America in 1989.

In September of 1999, Biagio's dream of owning and operating his own restaurant came to life – Biagio’s Bistro.   Within just a few years, Biagio expanded the restaurant and added a full bar.

Biagio’s has been a Clifton tradition ever since.
